About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DMS Administrator to join our team at KION Group. As a key member of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) group, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting our DMS Systems globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and install the KION DMS system, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  • Design, build, and develop DMS Systems, integrating them with other environments like SAP, Configura, or AutoCAD.
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the environment for efficiency and health.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and maintain API integrations.
  • Ensure data security and compliance per KION standards.
  • Implement and manage backup/restore procedures and best practices.
  • Document and develop best practices, expanding our knowledge database.
  • Collaborate with peers, developers, product owners, management, and other departments to deliver successful customer solutions.
  • Manage assigned cases, utilizing RemedyForce to track and communicate customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience as a DMS Administrator, with emphasis on Hyland Alfresco.
  • Desired experience in Documentum, OpenText, Enovia, or other similar Document Management systems.
  • Expertise in Alfresco - CMIS, Alfresco - Web Forms, Alfresco Content Services, and Alfresco Process Services.
  • Strong knowledge of ECM principles, Alfresco architecture, and Alfresco Community/Enterprise editions.
  • Strong communication skills (English required C1/C2).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, self-starter, detail-oriented, excellent time-management/schedule skills, ability to meet deadlines, and desire to learn.
  • Must be willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Proficient using Project Management tools (JIRA), preparing, and presenting status reports.
