Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with desktop systems, printers, and operating systems
- Consult and instruct users on hardware and software questions/issues
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Install, maintain, and upgrade equipment and its associated infrastructure
- Run diagnostic tests to isolate system problems and perform proactive activities
- Experience with Remote Support technologies such as Remote Desktop (Microsoft), Apple Remote Desktop, VNC
- Hands-on experience removing viruses and spyware using various tools (Windows)
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems, including forming an RCA
- Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution within an affected SLA window
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
- Good working knowledge of Active Directory
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience supporting large Windows-based environments to desktop level
- Ability to commute or relocate to Silao, Gto.
