Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Java Developer to join our team at TechProjects. As a seasoned expert in banking domain solutions, you will be responsible for architecting new systems, modernizing legacy applications, and leading the development of high-quality software products.

About the Role
  • Architect new solutions for banking domain, utilizing out-of-the-box thinking and innovative approaches to improve software delivery efficiency and product stability.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams across the bank to align design strategy and direction, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to strategic priorities.
  • Presents technical information and solutions in a clear and persuasive manner, establishing trust with stakeholders and driving understanding and consensus at all levels.
About You
  • A Software Engineer with at least 8+ years of experience, holding a Bachelor's Degree (or superior) in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms, best practices, and design patterns, particularly Microservice and Event Driven architectures.
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React, as well as proven knowledge of CI/CD technologies such as Jira, GitOps, BitBucket Pipelines, and cloud providers like GCP, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
  • Knowledge of enterprise security, implementing patterns such as OpenID and OAuth, and desired expertise in Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Redis.
What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
