- Drive Technology Adoption: Actively improve, utilize, train, and promote new technologies implemented in the organization.
- Hardware and Software Installation: Install and configure hardware, computer systems, and applications within the company.
- Vendor Engagement: Engage with vendors as it relates to the IT area.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Similar: Possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to properly communicate in English, both written and spoken.
- ITSM and IT Infrastructure Knowledge: General knowledge of ITSM and IT infrastructure concepts.
- Technical Expertise: Expertise on one or more specific IT technical areas such as Active Directory, Microsoft Server environment, Networking, ITIL, or automation.
- Technical Support Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the Information Technology field providing technical support to hardware and software.
- Data Analytics and Presentation Skills: Data analytics and presentation documents skills.
