Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at the LEGO Group. As a key member of our Global End-User Support organization, you will play a critical role in helping us optimize the usage of business technologies to increase productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide Expert Technical Support: Offer advice and solutions to complex IT incidents and problems, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  2. Collaborate with Digital Technology Teams: Engage with product teams to implement required processes, technology, and solutions on-site.
  3. Ensure IT Policy Compliance: Proactively ensure that IT policies and principles are being followed on-site.
  4. Drive Technology Adoption: Actively improve, utilize, train, and promote new technologies implemented in the organization.
  5. Hardware and Software Installation: Install and configure hardware, computer systems, and applications within the company.
  6. Vendor Engagement: Engage with vendors as it relates to the IT area.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Similar: Possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  2. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to properly communicate in English, both written and spoken.
  3. ITSM and IT Infrastructure Knowledge: General knowledge of ITSM and IT infrastructure concepts.
  4. Technical Expertise: Expertise on one or more specific IT technical areas such as Active Directory, Microsoft Server environment, Networking, ITIL, or automation.
  5. Technical Support Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the Information Technology field providing technical support to hardware and software.
  6. Data Analytics and Presentation Skills: Data analytics and presentation documents skills.
  7. Service-Oriented Mindset: An outstanding service-oriented mindset.
  8. International Collaboration: Open communication and international collaboration.
