Key Responsibilities
  • Process vendor invoices in our accounting system
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding Accounts Payable issues
  • Maintain a solid understanding of QuickBooks and basic bookkeeping principles
  • Resolve problems related to Accounts Payable
  • Process payments and assemble supporting documentation
  • Ensure all vendors send statements for reconciliation
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in detail-oriented roles with a high-volume payables background
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills, including spreadsheet creation and formula application
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $24,000 - $48,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
