Rivka Development is seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end payroll process, managing financial resources, and ensuring accurate and timely distribution of employee compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the calculation, distribution, and reporting of payroll processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
  • Verify timekeeping, attendance, and deductions, and address discrepancies.

Tax Compliance:

  • Stay updated on tax regulations and compliance requirements related to payroll.
  • Prepare and submit payroll taxes and reports to relevant authorities.
  • Address employee queries regarding tax deductions.

Financial Resource Management:

  • Manage the organization's financial resources, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Monitor and control expenses and financial transactions.
  • Contribute to financial planning and cost-saving strategies.

Employee Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs.
  • Assist employees with benefit enrollment and address inquiries.
  • Collaborate with benefits providers to ensure seamless service.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate payroll and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain financial records and ensure data accuracy.

Compliance and Auditing:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and financial regulations.
  • Prepare for and support financial audits and provide required documentation.

Communication and Employee Support:

  • Communicate payroll-related information to employees, including pay stubs, tax forms, and changes in payroll procedures.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns related to compensation and benefits.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for streamlining and automating payroll and financial processes.
  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus.
  • Proven experience in payroll administration and financial management.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations, labor laws, and financial reporting standards.
  • Familiarity with payroll software and financial management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Adaptability and ability to work under pressure, especially during payroll processing periods.

Salary: The salary range for this position is $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month.

Experience: 1 year of payroll experience is required.

Language: English is the primary language required for this role.
