We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tool Inventory Control Manager to join our team at oilandgas. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our tooling inventory, including cutting tool and MRO inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cutting Tool and MRO Inventory Control: Develop and implement effective inventory control processes to ensure accurate tracking and management of cutting tools and MRO supplies.
- Production Planning: Collaborate with production teams to ensure the supply of tooling based on production plans and schedules.
- Purchase Order Management: Monitor and manage purchase orders for tooling and MRO supplies, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of materials.
- Fixture Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of production fixtures, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet production requirements.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of tooling and MRO supplies, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth receipt and storage of materials.
Requirements:
- Warehouse Management Experience: Proven experience in managing warehouse operations, including inventory control, supply chain coordination, and production planning.
- Personnel Administration: Strong administrative skills, including personnel management, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Knowledge of Cutting Tools: In-depth knowledge of cutting tools, including types, applications, and maintenance requirements.
