We are seeking a skilled Memory Verification Expert to join our innovative team at Micron, a world leader in memory and storage solutions.

The Role:

  • This challenging position involves working with cutting-edge memory technologies to develop advanced verification methodologies and strategies.
  • You will collaborate closely with international colleagues to tackle complex design challenges and drive innovation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the functionality and performance of full-chip and block-level circuit designs using various verification tools and techniques.
  • Develop SystemVerilog testbench infrastructure and provide verification support to the DRAM and Emerging Memory Design Engineering teams.
  • Assist product engineering teams with circuit and simulation support during post-silicon validation phase.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance inhouse developed verification programs and tools.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $120,000 - $160,000 per year.

Requirements:

  • BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent with 3-7 years of industry experience.
  • Deep understanding in CMOS and DRAM circuit design and operation.
  • Familiarity with SystemVerilog testbench/UVM/Constrained Random verification methodology.
  • Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven, dedicated, and able to multitask.
