**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Agent to join our team at Prodive Intl. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for coordinating transportation and welcoming customers onsite, working with clients to determine their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate transportation and welcome customers onsite
  • Work with clients to determine their needs
  • Provide customer service, including pre-booking and dealing with occurring problems, complaints, or refunds

**Requirements**

  • 1 year of scuba diving experience (required)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (required)
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Resident of Playa del Carmen
