Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand our customer base.
  • Establish and manage sales territories, quotas, and goals, as well as implement training programs for sales representatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrated sales and marketing plans.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Implement customer engagement strategies and monitor customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain sales budgets, track performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives to ensure they meet their individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of work experience, with 5-7 years of management experience.
  • Leadership, problem-solving, talent development, teamwork, and business expertise.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Executive (CSE) certifications.
