Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and upselling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrated sales and marketing plans.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and capitalize on opportunities.
- Implement customer engagement strategies to drive loyalty and retention.
- Develop and maintain sales budgets, track performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives to ensure they meet their individual and team sales targets.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of work experience, with 5-7 years of management experience.
