Key Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and direction to the Accounts Payable and Travel & Expenses teams to ensure efficient and effective processing of invoices, pay runs, and travel expenses.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational excellence, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices and improve overall financial performance.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, accounting authorities, and auditors.

Requirements

  • University degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Advanced level of English language proficiency.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant financial experience, preferably in an outsourcing or shared service organization.
  • Proven track record of team management, performance management, and career development.
  • Strong knowledge of SOX, accounting internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
  • Financial reporting and accounting expertise, with a strong understanding of A2P.
