Job Duties:
Scheduling and Coordination:
- Schedule medical appointments for clients
- Maintain the team calendar, including scheduling appointments and activities for the Attorney and Case Manager
Communication:
- Communicate case status to clients
Administrative Tasks:
- Draft and proofread general correspondence and court documents
Interpersonal Skills:
- Interact with clients, insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, and court personnel
Education and Experience:
