Administrative Assistant/ Office Manager

Administrative Assistant/ Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Manage complex calendar set-up and movement
- Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
- Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
- Organize space planning, strategic offsite events and team all-hands meetings
- Build cross-functional relationships between departments
- Main POC for the entire office
- Provide operational support for the entire office to include partnering with IT, Facilities, Culinary, Security, and Health and Safety teams (where these resources exist)
- Own and curate Office Welcome for all new hires
- POC for sending and receiving all mail for employees
- Organizing Office events, culture initiatives, and Q&As
- Maintain and conduct inventory of office supplies
- Assisting with site specific communications
- 3+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives
- 3+ years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives
- 3+ years of relevant calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives
- Experience balancing competing priorities
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- BA/BS
