Job Summary

Ficosa is seeking a skilled Mold Setter to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our injection molding process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Check production schedules and prepare tools for changeovers in advance.
  • Preheat and prepare tools for injection, ensuring raw materials are ready on time.
  • Responsible for maintaining the setup tool book and ensuring it is up-to-date.
  • Verify tool parameters and report any issues to the Quality Engineer.
  • Guarantee the fulfillment of Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting, and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

Requirements

  • Secondary or Vocational Training
  • 3 years of experience in a similar position

Additional Training

  • Injection, pneumatic, hydraulic, Mechanics, basic electricity, moldflow
  • Basic machinings in toolshop
  • Basic training in health and safety, and environmental management
