Job Title: Mold Setter

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check production schedules and prepare tools for changeovers, ensuring raw materials are ready on time.
  • Preheat and set up tools for injection, including pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric connections.
  • Verify and record injection parameters for each tool, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
  • Collaborate with the Injection Master and Quality Engineer to resolve any production issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of tool setup, production parameters, and quality control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures, as well as Ficosa's Code of Ethics.
Requirements:
  • Secondary or Vocational Training
  • 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of injection, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
  • Basic training in health and safety and environmental management
