Job DescriptionThis dynamic position involves supporting the Latin America teams in Gas Services with the implementation of Quality and Risk Management programs and practices. As an Enterprise Risk Management Specialist, you will drive implementation of Quality Risk Management programs in alignment with company's global processes, best practices, and improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct risk assessments, develop and implement risk mitigation plans, monitor and review risk management activities, and provide guidance and support to teams in identifying and addressing quality-related risks.
You will also facilitate risk management training & workshops to enhance risk awareness and foster a culture of quality. Additionally, you will support the organization with monitoring of quality metrics and performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives including risk management strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications- University Degree in Engineering, Computing, Technology, or a related field. Postgraduate qualification desirable.
- Professional Experience: 5+ years with Risk Management and/or Quality Management experience preferably in the Energy Sector addressing Technical and Business Risks.
- Strong knowledge of quality risk management principles, methodologies, and tools (FMEA, Ishikawa diagrams).
- Experience in Risk Management conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies. Proven understanding of advanced Root Cause Analysis Tools such as TapRoot, Apollo, etc.
- Digital and IT savvy preferred.
- Strong organizational abilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and evolve in a fast-changing environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated and driven with curious mindset.
- Data-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- English and Spanish at professional working proficiency level. Portuguese desirable.
- Professional certifications related to quality management (Six Sigma, ASQ, RAPS) are desirable.
This role is based in Mexico City, Mexico.
