The Services Supply Chain (SSC) plays a vital role in delivering Spare Parts, Repair, and Refurbishment solutions globally. This engine of operations is crucial for HPWS' profitability and growth.

In this role, you will be part of the Global Services Delivery Solutions & Sustainability SSC, where our mission is to enable HPWS' success by driving Operational Excellence globally and designing, developing, and implementing new Sustainable Services, Solutions, and Capabilities within our leading global supply chain.

As the AMS Services Segment Manager, you will be accountable for the overall Services Supply Chain Operational Excellence, encompassing both Financials and Delivery Performance. Current Services Business in scope includes Managed Services (MPS, DaaS) and Lifecycle Services (Print and PS commercial Care-packs).

Job Specifics/Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the Financial and Operational performance of the Business Segments in the Theatre.
  • Analyses and identifies root causes of performance deviations.
  • Ensures alignment on plans and insights across the organization.
  • Builds a control and monitoring environment to track the business performance.
  • Makes decisions on strategic choice points to improve performance.
  • Drives change and orchestrates Theatre operational resources to execute strategies and plans.
  • Escalates risks and issues at the appropriate management level.
  • Puts in place a governance to ensure alignment in the execution of plans and improvement actions.
  • Builds and gains alignment with key stakeholders on Plans of Record (POR) to improve business performance.
  • Serves as a single focal point for WDS Theatre Lead for any SSC-related topic, both operationally and strategically.
  • Understands customer needs to ensure the SSC is delivering value to the customer.
  • Leverages leadership skills to coordinate strategic initiatives and deployment plans with members of other teams.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range between $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, depending on location. The estimated annual salary for this position in the United States is around $150,000.

Education and Professional Experience:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Computer Sciences, or equivalent is required. Typically, 10-15 years of experience is expected, with MBA, PMP/PMI, L6S being a plus. Solid experience in Services Supply Chain, Customer Support, Services Delivery Businesses is necessary.
