Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Failure Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating customer claims, coordinating internal and external audits, and verifying corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate customer claims and document 8D reports
- Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements
- Verify implemented corrective actions and distribute lessons learned across the value stream
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure best quality practices
- Active member of PFMEA moderations and line walks
- Active member of Risk Assessment
Requirements
- Advanced English language skills (fluency in speaking, written communication, and commercial negotiations)
- Knowledge of quality core tools (SPC, CP, MSA, FMEA)
- Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (8D, KT, Shainin)
- Negotiation skills and customer-oriented approach
- Self-driven with leadership skills
- Previous experience in customer service (OEMs, Tiers)
- 4 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
