About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Intelligence & Segmentation Analyst to join our team at Clip, a leading fintech platform in Mexico. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for executing customer segmentation initiatives and strategies based on customer analytics and market segmentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze customer data from various internal and external sources to identify patterns and insights for accurate customer profiling and segmentation.
  • Customer Segmentation: Assist in the creation of customer profiles based on demographic data, behavior, purchasing patterns, and financial statements.
  • Predictive Analytics: Implement statistical models to predict future customer behavior, ensuring the validation of segmentation models and their results.
  • Value and Lifecycle Segmentation: Identify high-value customers and segment them according to their lifecycle stage (new, active, inactive).
  • Performance Tracking and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the performance of customer segments to adjust and improve strategies in real-time.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a core mathematical field (Applied Math, Statistics, Actuary, etc.).
  • Experience: 4-5 years of relevant industry experience, specifically in customer analytics within the Financial Services Industry.
  • Skills: Strong technical mathematical acumen, analytical skills, and business sense.
