About the Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Technical Specialist to join our team, responsible for providing expert technical support and solutions for our customers. As a Technical Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues with our Avaya communication systems.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide remote support and troubleshooting for Avaya communication systems, including IP/SIP systems, converged systems, and Contact Center solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, including SIP environments and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Perform moves, adds, and changes for customers as needed.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge of Avaya products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Proven experience in technical support and troubleshooting, with a strong understanding of Avaya products and services.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
