About the Role

Flywire is seeking a seasoned Client Success professional to lead our Americas region. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing a client success strategy that drives engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a client success strategy that aligns with Flywire's business objectives
  • Manage and coordinate a regional team to provide exceptional support to clients
  • Empower and coach team members to provide scalable, effective support to clients
  • Utilize data insights to inform and drive client engagement and change management strategies
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize opportunity and outputs
  • Stay up-to-date with Flywire's product suite, tools, and workflows
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in customer/client support, account management, and/or project management
  • Experience as a manager in Higher Education, Payments, Banking & Finance, and/or Technology Platforms
  • Experience leading a team and/or coaching key stakeholders to benefit both the individual and the group
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Time management, organisational, and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required (C1 proficiency or equivalent)
