Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Oracle. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and operational excellence in our Mobility and Operations department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular dealership visits to review operations and meet with sales staff, management, and Dealer Principals to assess all aspects of sales operations.
  • Routinely review Parts & Service sales reports and financial statements with P&S management to monitor financial strength of Parts & Service operations and compliance with company standards and agreements.
  • Work with Dealer Principals to establish Fixed Absorption Rate and ROS goals and plans to achieve them.
  • Review and monitor marketing and advertising plans for dealerships and assess current effectiveness of their efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with rules and requirements for incentive payments.
  • Monitor parts inventories and understand dealership tracking systems.
  • Ensure inventory levels are efficient to provide timely service for customers.
  • Promote Technician certification training and support recognition and achievements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field.
  • Previous work experience in Sales & Marketing areas, Customer Satisfaction.
  • Advanced level of English language proficiency.
  • 80% travel required.
  • Driver's license.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office and database administration.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
