**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team at Robert Bosch Group. As an Electrical Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for leading high, medium, and low voltage electrical projects, ensuring they are executed according to plan and complying with all applicable regulations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the execution of high, medium, and low voltage electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all non-productive electrical installations and equipment.
- Manage medium and high voltage project development, including design, RFQ, change management, contractor management, legal requirements, and permits.
- Develop and implement energy efficiency projects.
**Requirements:**
- Engineering degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering.
- At least 4 years of experience in facilities management and maintenance plans.
- 4 years of experience coordinating directly an Engineering team.
- Advanced English skills.
- Leadership, proactiveness, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of STPS Regulations, ISO/OHSAS compliance, and operation, preventive, and corrective maintenance to distribution transmission systems and high, medium, and low voltage electrical equipment.
