Business Development Executive

The Senior Solution Sales Executive partners with the end-to-end account owner to drive solution-specific sales initiatives, bring domain expertise to address customer business challenges, and expand the customer's SAP footprint through renewal and expansion to support long-term customer success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage sales pipelines to drive revenue growth.
- Create compelling opportunity plans that highlight the value of our solutions.
- Analyze White Space opportunities to identify growth areas.
- Collaborate with the wider account team on sales campaigns.
- Nurture customer relationships at the solution area/buying center level.
- Progress opportunities for customers looking to move to cloud-based solutions or expand their existing footprints.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of business operations, models, strategies, and end-to-end processes to deliver effective solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Leverage our comprehensive team of experts and industry knowledge to address customer needs effectively.
- A proven track record in business application software sales with consistently exceeded targets.
- 3-5 years of experience in selling business software/IT solutions.
- In-depth understanding of our solutions and innovations.
- Broad knowledge of our solution portfolio and the business processes it enables to drive customer value conversations.
- Established relationships with account teams, Customer Business Office (CBO) teams, and relevant geo unit leaders.
- Alignment with product/solution management teams and marketing organizations is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in handling large transactions and challenging sales pursuits.
