Job Title: Solution & Support Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution & Support Engineer to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective customer onboarding and support
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide expert-level support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our customers receive the best possible support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong knowledge of our products and services, as well as industry trends and emerging technologies
