Technical Support Specialist

Audible is seeking a skilled Support Engineer to join our growing team. As a key member of our support operations, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business success.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for technical problem-solving and a strong understanding of software development principles. As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Providing expert-level support for our services and platforms, including troubleshooting and debugging technical issues.
- Collaborating with development teams to identify and resolve issues, and to improve service support.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of our business logic and architecture to resolve complex technical issues.
- Creating and interpreting metrics to measure support success and service performance.
- Contributing to the creation and improvement of support documentation and tools.
- Mentoring and training other Support Engineers to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
- Participating in the planning and execution of support operations, including code builds and deployments.

Requirements
- 2+ years of industry experience in programming and/or technical support roles.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
