Sales and Marketing Manager

At Selina, we're on a mission to inspire authentic and meaningful connections. As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and promoting our unique experiences to drive sales and revenue in all products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute a location's sales actions plan and forecast to achieve revenue goals for all products.
  • Manage and retain established customers, and grow new business through partnerships and brand promotions.
  • Develop and implement local marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue, in partnership with Country and Global Marketing.
  • Manage sales and marketing budget, and ensure effective use of resources to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide sales guidance and assistance across the location to support revenue generation efforts.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Local hospitality market knowledge and hotel revenue management experience.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and creatively to close new sales opportunities.
  • Minimum 3 years in sales management, with experience in marketing management, public relations management, and community engagement.
