The Sales organization is the face of Apple to our largest customers, generating revenue needed to drive ongoing product and service innovation. As a key player in this team, you'll have the opportunity to imagine what you could achieve with us.

The Sales Consultant role will focus on growing Apple product sales and add-on business at the point of sale. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, delivering face-to-face product demonstrations, and ensuring all Apple fixtures and merchandising elements meet our high standards.

This position will support a Santa Fe location and offer a unique chance to become an expert in the Apple ecosystem while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Selling Apple products and solutions by communicating their benefits and value through product demonstrations
  • Conducting 1:1 and 1:many product demonstrations using worldwide developed demo scripts
  • BUILDING A COMMUNITY OF LOYAL APPLE CUSTOMERS WHO WILL RETURN FOR FUTURE CONSULTATIONS
  • Developing a strong, well-trained virtual team within the retailer's sales force using our training tools
  • Improving partner staffing programs at their stores
  • Maintaining the quality and appearance of the Apple Shop to provide the best possible customer experience
  • Ensuring all merchandising elements, including demo content and 2D/3D elements, are up-to-date and aligned with Apple's worldwide standards
  • Partnering with management to resolve maintenance issues with Apple merchandising execution in the store
  • Collaborating with other areas of the company and providing insights on the Apple business in a singular storefront, identifying business opportunities
  • Closely monitoring performance results and inventory levels
  • Providing insightful feedback to further develop and improve Apple Shop's performance

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of two years of service or retail sales experience
  • Extraordinary customer service skills
  • Strong selling skills, with a passion for closing sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to communicate technical terms effectively to non-technical audiences

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
