The Recruiting Senior Consultant I role manages mid-to-high-level searches and serves as the point-of-contact for individual clients regarding talent acquisition. The successful candidate develops, directs, plans, and evaluates external and internal recruitment activities to satisfy organizational talent requirements. They utilize extensive knowledge of clients, industry benchmarking, best practices, and internal or external business issues to improve customer service.
This position requires strong problem-solving skills and expertise in recruiting. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and submitting top candidates to hiring managers based on quality, skills, and fit
- Performing full-cycle recruiting while maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers and candidates
- Developing an overall staffing strategy that aligns with strategic business goals and client talent philosophy
- Participating in client/TA projects to deliver staffing outcomes
- Maintaining knowledge of required skills and abilities for assigned business units
The ideal candidate possesses a 4-year Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in recruiting. Alternatively, they may have an equivalent combination of education and experience.

We estimate this role to offer a salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
