As a Recruiting Senior Consultant I, you will play a key role in managing mid-to-high level searches and serving as the point-of-contact for individual clients regarding all aspects of talent acquisition.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of their clients, industry benchmarking, best practices, and internal or external business issues. They will utilize this expertise to improve customer service, develop and direct recruitment activities, and evaluate team performance to satisfy the organization's talent requirements.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. The successful candidate will be viewed as a subject-matter expert and resource for colleagues with less experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, interview, and submit top candidates to hiring managers based on quality, skills, and fit
  • Perform full-cycle recruiting, maintain excellent relations with hiring managers and candidates, and ensure alignment among all stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
  • Consult with stakeholders to deliver a comprehensive staffing strategy that aligns with strategic business goals and client talent philosophy
  • Participate in client/TA projects to drive outcome-based staffing strategies and business change initiatives

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of skills and abilities required for assigned business units
  • Ability to influence others using company goals and competitive position
  • Excellent judgment when adapting recruitment processes from standard practice
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (preferred)

Benefits and Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our total rewards package includes a comprehensive benefits program, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a collaborative work environment.
