**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Commercial Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial programs that drive business growth and enhance brand strategy.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial initiatives that maximize impact and deliver impactful patient experience.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs and establish metrics for success.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing strategies and affordability programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate key commercial initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide thought leadership and contribute to brand strategy through participation in Business Teams.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Expertise in forecasting, qualitative, and quantitative analysis.
  • Strong data visualization skills and experience with agile software development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
