We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded Rooms Director to lead our Rooms department at Marriott International, Inc.
About the Role:The Rooms Director will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating the quality of our property's rooms. This includes working with direct reports to develop and implement departmental strategies, ensuring the implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives, and maintaining Rooms operations that meet the brand's standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement departmental strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain Rooms operations that meet the brand's standards, focusing on customer needs and employee satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team of direct reports to achieve exceptional results.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a Rooms or Front Office role.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
Location:Punta de Mita, Mexico.
