**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our Food and Beverage team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Set tables according to the type of event and service standards.
  • Answer questions about menu selections and communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, and product availability.
  • Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
  • Record transactions in the MICROS system at the time of order.
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day.
  • Complete closing duties, including restocking items and turning off lights.
  • Present a physical and accurate check to the guest and process payment.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
