Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement creative concepts for our food and beverage operations, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to design and execute menus that showcase the best of local and international cuisine.
- Oversee the management of our restaurants, bars, and lounges, ensuring exceptional service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
- Work closely with our marketing and events teams to develop and execute events and activations that drive revenue and enhance the guest experience.
- Manage and maintain relationships with local suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure the highest quality products and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase profitability in our food and beverage operations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
- Proven track record of developing and executing creative concepts that drive revenue and enhance the guest experience.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of local and international cuisine, as well as food and beverage trends and best practices.
