Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire rebates and discounts process for the company, focusing on process improvements and automation.
  • Develop and implement financial planning and reporting strategies to ensure policies and financial principles are applied and followed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Support the organization in the monthly and annual planning processes, ensuring the right balance between challenging and achievable targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commercial Finance Manager or Commercial & Strategy Manager in a large consumer goods company.
  • Advanced English language skills (essential).
  • Advanced Excel skills (essential).
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar systems.
