Key Responsibilities
We are seeking proactive and motivated individuals who excel in a truly global corporate culture. As a Customer Support Representative, your responsibilities will include engaging with both internal and external clients, as well as Key Distributors associated with the ISG (Infrastructure Solutions Group) sector. A positive demeanor, teamwork, and the capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across different countries in Latin America are essential.
Duties Include:
The Customer Support Analyst will be responsible for assisting Lenovo's internal and external clients (Large Enterprise Direct, Mid-Market, and Business Partners) from Latin America in various order management functions, such as:
- Order Entry
- Scheduling
- Field Support
- ESD
- Returns
- Billing
- Incentives
This role involves daily interactions with Sales Teams, Sales Operations, Finance, Pricing, Accounts Receivable, and other Supply Chain areas.
Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in English.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while focusing on achieving results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Familiarity with VBA Visual Basics is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a global company is beneficial.
