About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Business Solutions Analyst to partner closely with the Product Management team to migrate our products to a strategic Entitlement solution, providing real-time access to our customers at the moment of purchase.

This role will be part of a Scrum team and will serve as the point of contact between business and the Engineering/Delivery team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation of clients' business needs and requirements.
  2. Developing and improving business processes within the technology and business organizations, understanding client requirements, specifying and analyzing these to a sufficient or expert level of detail to ensure clarity of definition.
  3. Recommending and validating technical solutions to meet requirements based on understanding of how technical solutions will impact the business and stakeholders.
  4. Working on significant & unique issues requiring evaluation of intangibles and using expertise to provide solutions to complex problems.
  5. Building and maintaining a relationship with internal or external customers; may include collaborating with Professional Services & outsourcing functions.
  6. Researching and analyzing current processes and recommending tools for implementation within a project department or division that meets user requirements and is cost-effective.
  7. Ensuring that implementation follows the design and directing modifications of the design, along with ensuring system assurance methodology is followed.
  8. Proactively identifying, recommending, and implementing improvements to the process.
  9. Developing extensive understanding of multiple Thomson Reuters technologies, products, and services.
