Key Responsibilities- Evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Perform requirement analysis and develop solutions
- Manage multiple business stakeholders and communicate effectively
- Work with offshore teams to set up meetings and communicate with technical teams
- Provide insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
- Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Work with Agile development teams and stakeholders to create requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs
- Perform user acceptance testing and work with Project/Delivery managers to develop project plans and monitor performance
- Identify dependencies between projects/business areas and prioritize work accordingly
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
- Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
- 10+ years of relevant IT experience
- Excellent knowledge in SQL programming and data analytics
- Ability to interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques
- Experience in developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Very good understanding in ETL space using Informatica and reporting tool like Tableau
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Real Estate and Legal Operations preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent knowledge of business process documentation and workflow implementation
- Understanding in Salesforce, PeopleSoft, SharePoint will be an added advantage
