- SOX Controls: Perform spot checks in higher risk SOX controls across ~60 applications, using a checklist/attributes to guide the process.
- Workiva (w-desk) Management: Assist in linking our controls to each narrative in Workiva (w-desk), a process that requires attention to detail and manual effort.
- Compliance/Audit Background: A background in compliance or audit is highly preferred, but not required.
- SOX Controls Knowledge: Strong knowledge of SOX controls and their implementation.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow checklists.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic Excel Skills: Proficiency in basic Excel skills, including vlookup and other functions.
- Compliance/Audit Experience: Experience in compliance or audit, preferably in a financial services industry.
- SOX Controls Experience: Experience in managing and reviewing SOX controls, preferably in a large-scale implementation.
