**Salary and Benefits:** Our competitive salary is approximately $45,000 per annum, plus additional allowances for housing and transportation. Health Insurance, VISA, and Airline tickets are also provided by the employer.
**Job Description:**
- The Female Harbour Service Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional dockside service to our guests, ensuring that all quality standards are met.
**Responsibilities include:**
- Providing information and customer service to guests, including making and confirming reservations, verifying arrival and departure times, and arranging for baggage handling and other services.
- Maintaining records of slip availability, greeting and registering guests, and coordinating guest and luggage transportation.
- Managing all guest financial transactions, verifying credit status, and issuing charge cards where applicable.
- Answering guest inquiries and providing information on various services, including restaurants, mechanics, travel, and laundry facilities.
- Issuing facility security IDs and supporting security teams, reporting disturbances, and maintaining general vigilance.
- Transmitting and receiving telephone messages, sorting mail, and coordinating delivery.
- Making restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations and tour arrangements at guests' requests.
**Qualifications:**
- A High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A valid driver's license is preferred but not essential.
**Work Environment:**
The Female Harbour Service Manager will work in an outdoor environment with moderate noise levels and occasional exposure to risk of electrical shock. They must be able to stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell.
