About the Role

The Construction Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion at Waterloo Interiors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing within the construction industry.

Key Accountabilities
  • IDentify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial and multifamily construction markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the business, including market research and competitor analysis.
  • Presentation of proposals to clients, highlighting our unique value proposition.
  • Collaboration with the project management team to deliver high-quality results.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and multifamily construction markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
