Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Business Development Manager, located in Monterrey, NLE. The Construction Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading business development initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include market research, developing strategies to expand the business, preparing and presenting proposals, and collaborating with the project management team to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of commercial and multifamily construction markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
