Business Development Role

As a Construction Business Development Manager at Waterloo Interiors, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial and multifamily construction markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the business, including market research and competitor analysis.
  • Presentation of proposals to clients, highlighting our unique value proposition.
  • Collaboration with the project management team to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and multifamily construction markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
