About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Mars, Incorporated And Its Affiliates. As a key member of our Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Customer Service Team, including order management, call frequency, administrative tasks, and contact route.
  • Establish effective communication with all departments, including Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance, to ensure seamless support for customers.
  • Prepare and communicate external updates to customers on supply chain disruptions.
  • Support Customer Service Representatives in daily operations and identify opportunities for improvement within the department.
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance customer satisfaction and team performance.

Requirements
