Customer Service Coordinator

AIG is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Document customer interactions and update records as necessary.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service.
  • Fluent Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Effective teamworking, communication, and customer service skills.
  • A strong orientation to problem-solving and sense of urgency.
