As an HRIS Configuration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in gathering business requirements and tailoring ADP Payroll to align with those needs. Your expertise will support implementations, upgrades, and enhancements while ensuring the quality and accessibility of HR information from various systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and prioritize requests for system maintenance and enhancements.
- Configure systems and manage integrations following industry best practices.
- Oversee configuration, design, and conduct code reviews.
- Ensure thorough testing of system modifications before deployment to the production environment.
- Coordinate testing efforts for Kronos configurations and integrated solutions.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to guarantee successful go-live and post-live phases.
- Assist in developing training materials and documentation for end-users.
- Evaluate HR processes and propose technology-driven improvements; supervise the specifications, development, and implementation of new or revised systems, reports, and procedures to enhance business efficiency.
- Provide tier 2 support to the HR Service Center regarding related issues.
- Engage in troubleshooting activities, including root cause analysis, while adhering to established procedures.
- Maintain a continuous focus on identifying and suggesting modifications to existing procedures based on insights from processes, technology, and data.
- Offer backup support to other HRIS team members during their absence.
- Stay informed about new methodologies in system development and keep abreast of current trends and strategies in HRIS-related technology.
Qualifications for Success:
- Bachelor's degree in ICT or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting Payroll and HRIS applications, particularly with ADP Global View and SAP Success Factors.
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
