Job Summary

At GGA Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative Tech Support to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, resolving complex issues, and delivering a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical problem resolution to customers through phone, email, and chat support
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, and provide step-by-step solutions to customers
  • Communicate technical solutions in a clear, concise, and user-friendly manner
  • Escalate complex issues to Level 4 Team for further troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Perform related work as required, including data entry and record-keeping

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (fully bilingual)
  • 1-2 years' experience as a Support Representative in a Telecommunications (Mobile Phone, Prepaid Phone Services) or any Technical Account
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays
