About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Freudenberg. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by coordinating and distributing sales reports, managing sales leads, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and distribute sales reports to sales management and territory managers, including monthly order intake, CYTD vs. PYTD, and sales order verification.
  • Prepare and manage sales forecasts, including consolidating and preparing monthly sales order intake forecasts by the 3rd day of each month.
  • Coordinate and prepare annual sales order intake budget processes, including creating templates for sales management and individual salesmen.
  • Support finance in gathering documentation for annual business review audits.
  • Manage sales leads, including coordinating with marketing and sales to import and manage leads into C4C.
  • Coordinate car allowance programs, including managing drivers, submitting annual mileage reports, and reviewing FAVR mileage band history.
  • Coordinate business review meetings, including collecting and submitting EBUS sales data to senior management.
  • Support continuous improvement projects and processes changes to streamline sales reporting in C4C.
  • Develop strong relationships with sales personnel and internal/external customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, sales, or a related field.
  • Fluent English.
  • Availability to travel with a valid visa and passport.
  • Experience with SAP C4C, CRM, and ERP.
  • Value for customer.
