**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Architect to join our team at Specright. As a key member of our technology group, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

**Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features that meet customer requirements.
  • Architect scalable and maintainable software solutions using modern technologies and frameworks.
  • Design and implement data schemas that evolve with the needs of our business.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum BS in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • 3+ years experience in Software Development.
  • Experience in React and Next.js development.
  • Experience in Node.js or Express.js.
  • Experience with testing frameworks and libraries such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright.
  • Knowledge of at least one modern object-oriented programming language.
  • Experience with relational or non-relational databases.
  • Experience building complex software systems and communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy.
  • Understanding of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Experience with agile development methodology.
